People and team directory
Employees need context about who they’re working with to effectively collaborate across organizations. But Atlassian’s user and team profiles were too lightweight, driving our customers to other tools.
My role
I led discovery and design as part of a small new product incubator team. We adapted to a platform model, delivering an updated staff directory experience to customers of Jira and Confluence.
Impact
Components adopted across our apps, increased user adoption of teams, and customers syncing their entire employee base

Disjointed experiences and missing integrations across Atlassian apps were making it difficult for users to get value from tracking work against goals.
My role
Lead designer, collaborating closely with PM on strategy discovery, visualising concepts and securing alignment from senior stakeholder and partner teams.
